Design Director | Lost Boys Interactive
I led the Lost Boys Interactive design team that owned the design for My GM and My Faction modes. I lead the charge on creating our list of design priorities for 2k25 which included gathering ideas across all disciplines, getting those priorities agreed upon and approved by major stakeholders, and communicating those to the team. I also reorganized the design team for maximum efficiency and pushed for additional tooling for our content implementation team to reduce overhead.
